הצהרת נגישות
Joujik (להלן: "החברה"), מפעילת אתרי joujik.com, רואה חשיבות עליונה במתן שירות שוויוני, מכבד ונגיש לכלל המשתמשים, לרבות אנשים עם מוגבלות. אנו פועלים להנגשת האתרים בהתאם לחוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות, התשנ"ח-1998, לתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013, ולתקן הישראלי ת"י 5568 המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG 2.1 ברמה AA.

מה עשינו כדי להנגיש
- רכיב נגישות זמין בכל אתר (הכפתור העגול בפינת המסך): הגדלת טקסט, ניגודיות גבוהה, עצירת אנימציות, הדגשת קישורים, גופן קריא והדגשת פוקוס. ההעדפות נשמרות במכשיר בלבד.
- תמיכה בניווט מלא במקלדת (מקש Tab), כולל קישורי דילוג לתוכן.
- טקסט חלופי (alt) לתמונות משמעותיות.
- יחסי ניגודיות צבעים בהתאם לדרישת 4.5:1 לטקסט רגיל.
- מבנה כותרות תקין ותגיות שפה וכיווניות (עברית/ערבית מימין לשמאל).
- כיבוד העדפת המשתמש להפחתת תנועה (prefers-reduced-motion).
רמת התאימות והסתייגויות
אנו חותרים לעמידה מלאה ברמה AA של WCAG 2.1. ייתכן שחלקים מסוימים באתרים טרם הונגשו במלואם — אנו עובדים באופן שוטף על איתורם ותיקונם. אם נתקלתם ברכיב שאינו נגיש, נשמח לעדכון ונטפל בו בהקדם.

Joujik, operator of the joujik.com websites, is committed to providing an equal, respectful and accessible experience to all users, including people with disabilities. We work to make our sites conform to the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law (1998), the Service Accessibility Regulations (2013), and Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA.

What we have done
- An accessibility widget on every site (the round button at the corner of the screen): text enlargement, high contrast, stop animations, link highlighting, readable font and focus highlighting. Preferences are stored on your device only.
- Full keyboard navigation support (Tab key), including skip links.
- Alternative text (alt) for meaningful images.
- Color-contrast ratios meeting the 4.5:1 requirement for regular text.
- Proper heading structure and language/direction tags (Hebrew/Arabic right-to-left).
- Respecting the user's reduced-motion preference.
Conformance level and reservations
We aim for full WCAG 2.1 level-AA conformance. Some parts of the sites may not yet be fully accessible — we continuously locate and fix them. If you encounter an inaccessible element, please let us know and we will address it promptly.
